How to make the best creamy protein oats!

When I tell you that you will never use a different oatmeal recipe again….

Here is what you need:

1/2 cup of instant Rolled Oats

1/2 cup of Water or milk (whatever you prefer)

1 scoop of protein powder ( I use earth chimp vanilla!)

TOPPINGS:

Scoop of Peanut Butter

Chia seeds

Greek Yogurt

Banana and Blueberries

Drizzle with honey, flaky salt & cinnamon then ENJOY!

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ½ cup of rolled oats and ½ cup of water or milk.

Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds until the oats are warm and slightly thickened.

Carefully remove from the microwave and stir in 1 scoop of protein powder until fully mixed and creamy.

Add your toppings: a scoop of peanut butter, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, banana slices, and blueberries.

Finish with a drizzle of honey, a pinch of flaky salt, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Stir it all together (or don’t!) and ENJOY your perfect bowl of protein oats!
