How to make the best Yogurt Bowl ever!
As most of you know, I am a yogurt bowl addict! I simply cannot live a single day without having one. Couple years back I use to just add granola and fruit… and now I take it to a whole new level. I have gotten so much positive feedback, from my own tips and tricks on instagram and how people love my techniques and toppings I use!
So here it what you need!
Fage Yogurt (the best of them all) I love the Lactose Free one!
Banana and Frozen Blueberries are my go-to but I do love apples once in a while
Granola - I only really use purely Elizabeth peanut butter cookie granola
Cereal - I love Catalina crunch protein cereal, seven Sundays sunflower cereal, anything that has nice taste and a good crunch!
Peanut butter- you need this, it’s important you don’t skimp out of the peanut butter and it has to be drippy!
Protein powder- I love to add protein powder to give it some more protein but this step is optional ( I use vanilla earth chimp protein powder)
I top with cinnamon and flaky sea salt!
Instructions:
in a bowl add some lactose free yogurt in and a scoop of protein powder and cinnamon and then mix thoroughly. When done mixing place it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, and while that is in freezer get all of your toppings out and your fruit cut! Once the yogurt is done, and its a nice consistency, add your banana and your frozen blueberries, then add your granola or cereal (If I am feeling crazy I’ll add both which I usually do!) then drizzle peanut butter (around generous amount) then sprinkle some cinnamon and flaky sea salt and now you have just made the best yogurt bowl ever… trust me on this!
When I tell you this technique and recipe will change your life… I mean it! A day goes by where I don’t have one and once you try this… you too will become addicted!
